Project Manager
I am working in the Minsk division of Colours since autumn 2011. My main experience is in managing telecom projects, implementing processes and procedures. My career in IT started in this company as before I was managing complex projects for establishment and development of mobile operators. That gave me the knowledge of working with tight scheduled projects, negotiations, customer management, contract management and resource management.
For now I am using my skills and everything I know to assure in time delivery of the products with a proper quality and improving the things to make our customers happy with what we do, how we do it and with us in general.

Most of the people who see me for the first time think I'm very serious, but later, as they get to know me better they become my friends. One phrase that can describe me is “Don’t think that you can do, believe that you can do”.
I like to spend time with people close to me, music, photo and billiards. If you read it all, I envy your patience. Thank you.
